Yes, MSC cruises are suitable for families and offer a range of activities and amenities for children and adults alike. MSC has plenty of options for family fun, including games, sports, water activities, and their popular kids’ clubs are in partnership with Lego®.

Children are welcome to participate in the clubs and areas designed for their specific age range. The children are divided up into appropriate age groups to make sure they have the best time possible, with friends of similar ages.

0-3 years – MSC’s partnership with leading baby care brand, Chicco, provides a dedicated play areas with facilities for babies and toddlers under 3 years old.  You can leave your toddlers with their MSC Babycare staff, or, stay with them and enjoy the special Chicco toys and games.

3-6 years – The Mini Club welcomes children aged between 3 and 6 years old, bringing them new friends and lots of fun, as well as games, events and activities – all enriched by the stimulating toys of MSC’s partnership with Lego®. 

7-11 years – The Junior Club inspires connection and cooperation among 7-11 year old's through a wide variety of activities.  Highlights range from Masterchef at Sea Juniors and Dorebro Sport competitions to their Fire & Ice live video game.  If your children like singing and acting, they even offer a thrilling green-screen filming experience.

12-14 years – With the Young Club, kids from12-14 years old can dive into a world of discovery, involvement and interaction.  Each day holds the promise of new friend and new experiences, with a dedicated programme of sport tournaments, hi-tech games and lots of other fun activities.

15-17 years – Teenagers aged from 15-17 years old can look forward to having the time of their lives on board.  Teen Club activities range from sports and competitions, dance contests and social network games to Wii, Xbox and PS4 tournaments.

MSC Cruises has a wide range of entertainment options available onboard. From enriching indoor and outdoor activities during the day to magical night-time entertainment, MSC offers fun new experiences around the clock.

One of their most talked-about shows is the Broadway Theatre, which offers award-winning cruise entertainment including Broadway shows, nightclubs, theme parties, dance classes, and many more leisure activities. The MSC Fun Pass is an all-inclusive package that provides guests with unlimited access to the amusement areas onboard, enhancing the onboard entertainment and activities experience.

Whilst most MSC ships offer multiple outlet types, including NA, EU, UK and USB, built into their vanity desks, it's always a good idea to take a universal travel adapter that can handle different plug types and voltages.
